Over her ten-year career, Jessica worked alongside veterinarians and insurers to streamline claims processes, ensuring faster reimbursements and clearer policy wording. She developed breed risk-assessment tools that producers adopted to set age-appropriate premium rates and waiting periods. Her passion for animal welfare also led her to volunteer with rescue organizations, helping injured animals get treated through donated coverage.

In 2022, Jessica began writing Pet Insurance Guides that address everyday concerns—how to choose between accident-only vs. accident & illness plans, navigate wellness riders, and handle pre-existing condition exclusions.
